Is South End loud like other cities?
In comparison to other major cities, Charlotte tends to be quieter but it can get rowdy on the weekends. If peace and quiet is important, make sure to ask your leasing agents to see options where noise may be reduced.
We suggest avoiding street facing, light rail facing, and first floor apartments to avoid noise disturbances.
What is the Blue Line light rail?
The Blue Line light rail is an electric, above ground train running North to South through the city. A one way ticket is $2.20 and a monthly pass is $88.00.

How do I ride the light rail?
